About the role

As a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist, you will be a key member of our SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and HR BPO team, ensuring high-quality HR operations across areas such as time management, benefits, pensions, insurances, and employee administration.

You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, managing HR service delivery, supporting compliance with Danish regulations, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also contribute to process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of local operating models and documentation.

What you will be doing

• Deliver and coordinate HR operational services for clients.

• Drive process improvements and HR transformation initiatives.

• Support the design and implementation of HR BPO processes and standards.

• Act as an SME for complex HR and compliance-related matters.

• Maintain process documentation and support onboarding and training.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.

• Monitor regulatory changes and identify opportunities for optimization.

Key qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR and/or Payroll outsourcing, BPO, or a corporate HR environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and Danish employment regulations.

• Experience managing client relationships and service delivery.

• Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English and Danish.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HR or Payroll BPO environments.

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HR analytics, or automation tools.

• Professional HR or payroll certifications.

• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
