As part of our expanding SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and BPO organization, we are building a new team across the Nordics and Baltics. We are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Specialist to support high-quality HR services, including time management, benefits administration, pensions, insurance, and garnishments.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver HR operational services for assigned customers

• Manage HR data related to benefits, pensions, insurance, time tracking, and garnishments

• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with local regulations

• Maintain HR documentation, SOPs, and work instructions

• Handle complex HR cases and serve as an escalation point

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Support training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing within the team

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of HR operations, payroll, or BPO experience

• Hands-on experience with benefits, pensions, insurance, time tracking, and employee administration

• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in Estonian and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, or HR service delivery environments

• Knowledge of HR analytics, automation tools, or benefit platforms

• Experience working with international clients
