About the role:
As an International Coster, you will be the central coordination point for all multi‑country costing requests, ensuring every proposal is consistent, commercially sound, and aligned with market realities. You’ll act as both a subject‑matter expert and a strategic challenger - reviewing inputs, validating assumptions, and making sure cost structures are realistic and margin‑secure. Working at the heart of our International organisation, you’ll partner closely with local teams and Go‑to‑Market stakeholders (Solution Consultants, Sales, KAMs, Bid/Presales) to translate complex international requests into clear, standardised, and repeatable cost building blocks. This is a role for someone who thrives on combining analytical rigour with practical market insight to deliver reliable, defendable price positions across diverse geographies.
What do we have to offer?
Leaves: all types of leave granted from day 1 (annual leave, sick leave, study leave, maternity/paternity leave, wedding leave, compassionate leave). Eligible for seniority leave after 3 years

Eligible for a mobile voucher, redeemable at one of four suppliers, renewable every 3 years
Fixed internet allowance for home use

Workation: possibility to work from any SD Worx location (4 weeks per year, EU only)
Yearly performance review with remuneration review
Yearly company bonus
Car loan: subsidized interest facility
Referral program
Learning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training
Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!
Which tasks can you expect?
Coordinate international costing requests by managing intake, defining scope and templates, setting timelines, assigning workstreams, and consolidating inputs through to final sign‑off.
Lead the cost‑challenge process by standardising assumptions, reviewing country submissions for gaps or inefficiencies, and modelling alternative scenarios that safeguard delivery feasibility and margin expectations.
Strengthen market relevance by maintaining cost‑signal insights, analysing patterns from tenders and delivery variances, and identifying structural cost gaps with proposed improvements.
Maintain the Cost Catalogue by converting recurring asks into standardised cost building blocks, performing reasonableness checks, and publishing regular updates with clear exception pathways.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration by partnering with GTM, Delivery, and Finance teams to shape deals, validate feasibility and margins, and support governance routines such as pipeline reviews, red‑flag escalations, and quarterly catalogue refreshes.
What do you have to offer?
10+ years’ experience in procurement, category management, commercial operations, presales/PMO, or solution costing; multi‑country exposure preferred.
Cost‑modelling and negotiation experience required; HR/payroll familiarity is an advantage.
Strong coordinator able to manage multi‑country timelines and clarify complex scopes.
Commercially confident challenger with solid numeracy and a structured, methodical way of working.
Good market instinct, using past deals and competitor patterns to sense‑check costs.
Practical analytical skills, leveraging simple ratios and benchmarks to support challenges.
Influential communicator who can guide countries toward standardisation.
Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
Strong Excel skills.
Please be informed that upon successful completion of the interview process, you will be required to submit a recent Certificate of Character, and you will undergo a background check as part of our standard legal procedures.
From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
