We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join the team at its Milan (Via Caldera) office.
The Inside Sales Specialist focuses on managing and developing valuable business relationships with medium-to-large clients with complex sales cycles. The role cultivates contacts through targeted follow-ups and relevant content, managing the pipeline from qualification to closing. They also maintain the customer portfolio post-sale, fostering loyalty and upselling. The role requires travel within Italy and requires good English skills.

About the role:
Manage an assigned customer portfolio, maintaining ongoing and engaging relationships.
Manage end-to-end sales opportunities, from qualification to closing.
Generate new leads based on value, timing, and potential.
Present products and services in the HR, consulting, or professional services fields with a clear, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
Update the CRM system promptly, monitor KPIs, and contribute to portfolio growth.
Travel within Italy for client meetings.
Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the role.
• Interest or background in HR, service companies, or trade associations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Good command of digital tools and Microsoft Office/CRM.
• Intermediate English. Software Skills:
• Experience managing B2B client portfolios.
• Familiarity with HR dynamics and terminology.
• Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and ability to work independently.
