About the role
As an International Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be working at the heart of our International organization. You will support the coordination of key initiatives, programs, and events that enhance communication, collaboration and positive experience in the wider International team across regions.

Which tasks can you expect?
Drive engagement initiatives across the international organization.
Serve as Project Manager for the Employee Engagement Survey Action Plan, turning insights into impactful actions.
Design and launch a Global Ambassador/Influencer Program, equipping selected employees to champion our culture and initiatives, with recognition or incentive mechanisms in place.
Boost employee participation in content creation and publishing across platforms.
Coordinate and deliver monthly engagement activities that energize and unite teams.
Contribute to the development of our International SharePoint, harmonized onboarding materials, and other global communication tools.
Provide creative and operational support to local teams for community events, ideas, activities, logistics, forms, and more.
Lead the organization of international events, including All Hands meetings and potentially other large-scale events (e.g., SKO, MT gatherings).
Coordinate internal topics and initiatives with HR, internal communications and marketing.
What do you have to offer?
1-3 years of experience in internal communications, HR, community management or event coordination.
Familarity with social media content creation or engagement.
Previous experience in a corporate or in-house support role supporting international teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
Strong organization skills.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Proactive and dynamic attitude and a flair for creative ideas.
Comfortable building relationships across countries, cultures, and departments.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
