What you will be doing as a Hub Operations Team Leader
To support Protime's continued international growth, we are looking for a Hub Operations Team Leader in our office in Mauritius (Ebène). You will play a crucial role in leading and managing a multidisciplinary operations team. Your responsibilities will include both technical oversight and people management. You’ll report to our Hub Lead in our HQ in Belgium and collaborate with other Team Leaders to ensure alignment and evolution across all teams in our local markets (Belgium, the Netherlands, France, International, …).
How will you do this?
You lead a multidisciplinary operations team, by inspiring and motivating employees (Implementation Consultants, Customer Care Advisors, PMO’s, …): providing guidance and direction in agile processes to achieve the growth of the different Business Units. Your role involves both technical and managerial aspects.
As Hub Team Leader, you ensure that your team members have the necessary support, knowledge, and connections to collaborate efficiently with the teams in our local markets. You will ensure your team members know where to find the right functional and technical support. You act as a bridge between local needs and international expectations, helping to create alignment and clarity.
You collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure that all teams move in the same direction, share best practices, and continuously improve. You help identify knowledge gaps and facilitate mentorship where needed.
You play a crucial role in mentoring, resource planning, coaching and creating a positive work environment, but decision-making on operational strategy remains with the Team Leaders in our local markets.
You understand and support the company’s growth objectives and entrepreneurial mindset. You are responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPI’s) and regularly providing updates on team progress, resource allocation, and internal projects.

Beside the practical skillset, we’re also looking for a true bridgebuilder who keeps the team together.
Given the international context, we expect a perfect knowledge of English. If you can express yourself in French, that would be a huge plus as well! Knowledge of any other European language (such as Dutch, Spanish, German, …) is an asset.
