At SD Worx, we are expanding our presence in Finland and are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive SME to strengthen our commercial growth and position us as a trusted HR and payroll partner for small and medium-sized enterprises.
In the role, you will
· Drive sales activities focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within assigned territories and verticals.
· Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to acquire new customers and grow revenue from existing accounts.
· Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation and closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and advising on relevant payroll & HR solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams (implementation, product, operations, marketing) to ensure a seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
· Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations and workshops; represent the company at industry events and local networking activities.
· Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
· Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to broader divisional and company objectives.

You are curious about technology and service delivery, willing to learn product functionality and keep up to date with market and regulatory changes.
You demonstrate resilience, a results-oriented attitude and a commitment to high standards of service.
Essential experience and skills
· Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably selling payroll, HR services, software-as-a-service (SaaS) or professional services to SMEs.
· Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools to track activity and forecast revenue.
· Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and experience closing deals.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in the Finnish language.
· Ability to travel locally for customer visits and events as required.
Advantageous if you know
· Background in payroll, HR, retail or hospitality sectors.
· Familiarity with HR/payroll software or cloud-based platforms.
· Understanding of employment legislation and payroll processes.
