As an Inside Sales Officer, you’ll play a vital supporting role in the commercial engine of our Belgian Mid-Market division — from Spain.
You’ll work closely with our Belgian-based team (6 colleagues), contributing to sales growth through a mix of administrative precision and commercial insight.
Your role will primarily involve internal sales support, complemented by regular customer interactions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordinating and organizing, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and is motivated by supporting both administrative and commercial activities as a reliable backbone of the sales team.
Your Responsibilities:
Owning the operational process for comprehensive contracts (from draft to completion)
Driving, coordinating and shaping high-impact RFP responses together with sales
Support account managers in handling of and responding to (customer) inquiries
Prepare client budget overviews by gathering internal input at account managers’ request
Reaching out to existing customers to promote our services and generate new leads
Being the first contact for a small group of customers, handling their commercial question
Support data quality in Salesforce (e.g. updating contact info, grouping structures, etc.)
General support of sales environment: References, distribution lists, price lists, …
Fluently in English and Dutch or French
