About the role:
Join our growing International Payroll Services team in Málaga and help shape the onboarding experience for new international clients.
As a Project Coordinator, you will take a leading role in setting up, coordinating, and refining our implementation processes for the German‑speaking markets—initially Switzerland and Austria—while working as a fully integrated member of our multinational onboarding team.
You will also manage onboarding projects across non‑German‑speaking European markets, contributing to a consistent, high‑quality experience for all our clients. Which tasks can you expect?
Project manage the onboarding of new international clients, ensuring timelines, deliverables, risks, and expectations are clearly managed.
Design, implement, and optimize onboarding processes primarily for German-speaking markets, starting with Switzerland and Austria.
Collaborate closely with our cross-border project coordination team, ensuring alignment across all markets.
Lead or support implementations also in non-German-speaking markets, as part of our international delivery model. Identify opportunities to improve our implementation frameworks and ways of working, contributing to ongoing process excellence.
Spot possibilities for service expansion and share market insights that support the evolution of our offerings.
Build trust with internal and external stakeholders, using your German and English communication skills to guide them confidently through onboarding and change.
What do you have to offer?
Experience in international payroll or a related HR/operations environment is desirable.
Fluency in English and German (C1/C2)—comfortable managing professional discussions in both languages.
A solution-oriented mindset, seeing challenges as opportunities for improvement.
Adaptability and motivation to thrive within a fast-evolving organization.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong interest in payroll, HR operations, and international B2B environments.
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and resilience under pressure.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of international business challenges.
High tech readiness and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheets) is a strong advantage.
Project management certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) are considered an asset.
Solid organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in managing conflicts and navigating challenging stakeholder situations with professionalism and empathy.
Empathy for the challenges faced by international companies and entrepreneurs.
A positive mindset and a sense of humour, contributing to a supportive team culture.
