Which tasks can you expect?
Maintaining and further developing commercial relationships with customers in the assigned portfolio to achieve the targeted turnover within the planned budget and timeframe.
Preparing and elaborating offers in coordination with the Sales Manager or Key Account Manager, ensuring attractive pricing and conditions for both the customer and the organization.
Ensuring the achievement of individual targets while adhering to the established pricing policy.
Concluding contracts with customers in line with the product portfolio, pricing, and delivery terms, and ensuring all agreements are accurately reflected and legally compliant.
Promoting products and services to potential customers to expand the regional and international client portfolio — both in quantity and quality — with a focus on profitable growth.
Actively participating in team meetings to ensure a consistent approach and to create an environment that encourages discussion of day‑to‑day challenges.
Staying continuously informed about developments within assigned accounts and keeping knowledge up to date to strengthen credibility and provide high‑quality, informed service.
What do you have to offer?
5–7 years of experience in a comparable commercial or sales‑oriented role, ideally with responsibility for managing a customer portfolio
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or a related discipline
Strong track record in building and nurturing long‑term customer relationships and driving commercial results
Confidence in preparing and negotiating offers, with a solid understanding of pricing strategies and commercial conditions
Ability to work with contracts, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and alignment with company policies.
Experience developing new business opportunities and expanding customer portfolios in a structured, growth‑oriented way
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to contribute to a consistent commercial approach across the team
Proactive mindset with the ability to stay informed about customer needs, market developments, and product updates
Analytical thinking and the ability to translate customer requirements into clear, actionable solutions
Fluent Romanian and English language skills
