Which tasks can you expect?

• SAP HXM Application Management Services, including change management, implementations and Configurations

• Configure and customize SAP HXM modules to align with client and business needs while optimizing system performance

• Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure the system complies with legal, payroll and time, and HR regulations, staying updated on SAP HXM innovations and industry standards

• Support & Services – Provide support, troubleshoot issues and incidents, and work on system enhancements or upgrades

• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise on SAP HXM best practices and industry trends

• Provide high‑quality support: troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate incident resolution, and work on system enhancements, upgrades, and payroll-relevant innovations

• Participate in or lead workshops, requirement analyses, and fit-gap assessments for ongoing or upcoming customer projects

What do you have to offer?

• At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant

• Experience in working with German-speaking clients from DACH

• Fluent English is a must

• Strong communication and customer-management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a structured and understandable way
