About the role:
Implementation Team Leader is a hands-on delivery leader who combines people leadership with full ownership of implementation quality, customer outcomes, and cross-team collaboration.

Which tasks can you expect?
Leading and developing the team of enova365 implementation consultants (onboarding, coaching, feedback, performance reviews)
Planning and allocating team resources (capacity planning, priorities, substitutions)
Responsibility for the quality and timeliness of end‑to‑end enova365 HR & Payroll implementations
Overseeing analysis, configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), and go‑live
Acting as the first escalation point for delivery issues and client concerns
Closely cooperating with OPS, Payroll Operations, Project Management, IT/Integrations, International teams, and other stakeholders
Ensuring a smooth handover to Payroll Operations after implementation
Participating in estimations and presales/scoping support (when needed)
Standardizing and continuously improving implementation practices (templates, playbooks, lessons learned)
Building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus
What do you have to offer?
Expert knowledge of the enova365 system and Polish HR & Payroll regulations
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end implementation processes
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team
Fluent Polish and English skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving delivery issues
High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail
Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to balance client needs and internal standards
