For the Knowledge Centre Belgium, we are looking for a manager with strong expertise in labor regulations, payroll taxation, and international employment. You will work in the legal heart of SD Worx, where we translate complex HR legislation into clear, applicable insights for professionals, entrepreneurs, and employees.

You will find yourself in an inspiring environment with open communication, collegiality, and mutual respect. As a member of the management team, you will report directly to the Director of the Knowledge Centre BE.

Your role

Together with your fellow project managers, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You are highly interested in payroll taxation and international employment and have a broad knowledge of Belgian labor and social security law.
• You develop new added value, enhance the customer experience, and continuously seek ways to work more efficiently.
• You initiate and implement change processes.
• You build lasting relationships of trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• You analyze problems and formulate solutions at a tactical and strategic level.
• You build and strengthen knowledge communities within SD Worx to optimize knowledge sharing.
• You actively seek innovative improvements that strengthen our internal operations and create added value for our customers and for SD Worx.
• You act as a tactical and strategic sparring partner for HR legal issues and closely follow trends and innovations.
• You contribute to a strong and credible image of SD Worx as a leading HR provider.

Your profile

We expect you to:

• Have a strong affinity with the substantive themes of the Knowledge Center Belgium.
• Have in-depth expertise in payroll taxation and international employment, supplemented by a broad knowledge of Belgian labor and social security law.
• Have strong skills in process management and coaching.
• Communicate and negotiate fluently, both internally and externally.
• Stimulate innovation and networking, generate impact, and quickly build trust.
• Be entrepreneurial and contribute ideas at a tactical/strategic level.
• Have experience in successfully guiding and implementing change.
• Be perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French, and have a good knowledge of English.
