About the role:

To strengthen the Bid Management function within our SAP Solutions offering, we are hiring a team member who can independently manage RFI/RFP responses and contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our knowledge management tools, such as Loopio.

Currently, we are actively developing tools, processes, and content templates to harmonize and streamline our proposal responses. Main focus areas for the role are:

• Finalize and close the loop on each bid (e.g., lessons learned, content updates)

• Accelerate the setup of pre-filled content and reusable assets

• Educate and enable our sales teams to better harmonize our responses and ways of working

• Maintain and refresh our reference library, methodologies, and Loopio content

Which tasks can you expect?

• Management of RFI/RFP responses:

·  Independently manage low-complexity proposals and assist with medium-complexity ones

• Coordinated proposal planning, scheduling, and team communication to ensure timely, high-quality submissions

• Manage the creation, editing, and proofreading of proposal documents to ensure alignment with client specifications and internal policies.

• Execute all RFI/RFP related activities:

  • Create SharePoint sites and upload client documentation.

  • Prepare the responsibility matrix.

  • Ensure all projects are linked to SalesForce.

  • Pre-fill the client questionnaires and/or SD Worx proposals.

• Provide support in Loopio:

·   Identify and compare RFP questions against existing Loopio content to support Close Loop processes.

• Create and pre-fill Loopio projects for Pre-Sales team members.

What do you have to offer?

• Prior experience in bid/proposal management, proposal writing/editing, and project management/bid coordination within SAP ecosysstme

• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with SAP, SharePoint, Loopio and Salesforce.

• Fluent English fluent, other langage, preferrable Duthc is an asset

• Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors and International deals is an asset
