About the role:
This role offers the chance to play a key part in driving our growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential customers, and introducing them to our latest applications and services. Your work will directly influence revenue generation and market expansion.
You will also take ownership of developing and growing new business across a major region or country, helping shape our commercial strategy and contributing to the organization’s long‑term success.

Which tasks can you expect?
Develop profitable sales and achieve annual sales target
Maximize sales though the presentation of effective cost benefit proposals and other techniques to promote SD Worx solutions
Own the proposal/tendering processes
Develop a good understanding of prospect & client organizations both in terms of decision-making structure and also strategic and business aims.
Manage a defined territory to ensure self-prospecting and inbound lead management deliver the pipeline required to hit target
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within our company CRM system
Become the focal point for all prospect and customer activity
Have extensive understanding of all SD Worx proposition offerings
Communicate through multi-level relationships into prospects and clients
Work within a team environment
What do you have to offer?
At least 5 years of solid experience in sales/account management, preferably in ICT, Telecom or Software Services.
Experience in consultative selling appropriate business solutions, HR/Payroll Systems
Knowledge of controlling a sales cycle
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Good IT skills and knowledge
Fluent Romanian and English skills
