We operate across 26 countries in Europe and are supported by a dedicated Centre of Excellence in Mauritius. We are now looking to expand our 100+ strong Adriatics team through the role of a HR Implementation Consultant, to lead the process of implementation of HRnet application for our clients from the human resources side.

• Act as a strategic HR process advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR operations and employment legislation

• Own HR process implementation within the HRNET application across multiple client environments

• Support clients in optimizing personnel administration and time attendance processes

• Translate business and regulatory HR requirements into effective system solutions

• Deliver user trainings and workshops for HRNET users and key stakeholders

• Conduct data and process testing to ensure accurate and compliant operation

• Analyze and resolve client requests and HR process issues

• Create user documentation and process guidelines

• Collaborate with developers and the design team to improve the application

• Identify product and process improvements based on client experience

• Deep knowledge of HR processes and labour legislation; ability to act as a subject matter expert

• Experience advising stakeholders on HR operations, compliance, and process optimization

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, law, HR, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence client decisions
