We operate across 26 countries in Europe and are supported by a dedicated Centre of Excellence in Mauritius. We are now looking to expand our 100+ strong Adriatics team through the role of a HR Business Consultant, to support our clients with the process of implementation of HRnet application.

• Consulting clients about all HR processes

• Implementation of all processes in the HRNET application

• Organizing and holding trainings for the HRNET users

• Consulting users especially in the area of personnel administration and time attendance

• Data and process testing in the HRNET application

• Creating instructions for using the application

• Analyzing and solving customer requests

• Collaboration with developers and the design team

• Suggesting improvements based on the experiences with clients

• Knowledge of HR processes is mandatory, including the employment legislation

• Bachelor degree in economics, psychology, law or similar is beneficial

• Excellent working knowledge of the MS office programs with an emphasis on Excel

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to work with users, and to learn and improve

• A developed sense of responsibility

• Fluent in English and local language is essential
