About the role:

What can you expect in this role?

·       Act as the main point of contact for clients via phone and email 

·      Perform pre- and post‑payroll activities 

·       Manage the content, administration, and follow-up of client files 

·       Guide clients throughout the different processes and procedures 

·       Ensure timely execution of all steps in the payroll calendar 

·       Enter and process administrative data accurately and within deadlines 

·       Prepare and deliver all necessary documents to clients promptly 

What do you bring? 

·       A high level of proficiency in French 

·       Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑centric mindset 

·       A service‑oriented, pragmatic, and flexible attitude 

·       Experience in a similar position is a strong asset 

·       A genuine interest in Human Resources 

·       Solid knowledge of Excel (required)
