About the role:
Empower Smarter Sales – With Your Data Skills Are you passionate about markets and are you data-driven? At SD Worx, a leading European provider of HR and Payroll technology, we believe in the power of data to transform the way our sales teams operate.
Embedded in our Market Intelligence team, this role will support our sales strategy with trusted, high-quality commercial data—you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our sales decisions across Europe are based on the right data, at the right time, for the right action. Your contribution will directly impact how our sales teams across Europe perform and succeed. We’re looking for an early to mid-career professional with an eye for detail who is ready to grow. You’ll be coached and supported by experienced professionals—but we also expect you to step up and become proactive quickly.
Which tasks can you expect?
Responsible for collecting, analysing, and enriching target market data to shape actionable go-to-market assets for Local Sales teams.
This role involves offering well-founded recommendations to sales teams, identifying target accounts to support sales hunting activities.
In this role, you’ll primarily:
Validate, clean, and enrich target account data across multiple systems and sources.
Dive into the details to spot inconsistencies, duplicates, or gaps in our commercial data that might block insight or decision-making.
Work with Sales Strategy, Data Quality, and CRM (Salesforce) teams to align on what “good data” really means.
Assist in designing and documenting scalable processes to improve data reliability.
Ensure local European and international teams always have reliable, ready-to-use sales data.

What do you have to offer?
Has 1–3 years of experience in a data-handling role, preferably in a consulting, corporate, or shared service environment (e.g., data quality, operations, or analytics team).
Enjoys getting into the details and spotting data issues others might miss.
Has experience with, or a strong interest in, European business culture and sales markets—whether through work, study, or personal curiosity.
Comfortable working in English and international environments.
Advanced data processing. Ability to spot trends and patterns, combine multiple data sources and delivering in actionable sales assets.
Affinity with data processing tools (Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce)
Orientation to detail while validating and enriching, cross-checking with reliable sources to ensure credibility.
Combine sales data related problem-solving with effective communication and project management
Collaborative yet autonomous mindset and ability to work independently yet in close collaboration across teams.
Has a self-starter mentality showing initiative with a willingness to learn about sales markets, in sales processes and commercial data —and the drive to take ownership.
Autonomy & Initiative: Manage priorities independently, deliver results, and know when to collaborate for greater impact.
