Which tasks can you expect?

• Providing payroll consulting services to the company’s clients in accordance with labor legislation and established operational practices

• Calculating salary entitlements based on timesheets, negotiated clauses, company policy, and applicable legislation

• Processing garnishments/deductions on payroll according to court rulings

• Preparing payroll statements

• Preparing and submitting monthly declarations to state institutions, in compliance with deadlines and legal requirements

• Preparing payment schedules for salary entitlements and ensuring accurate and timely transmission to the accounting department

• Preparing statistical reports and other reports specific to the field

What do you have to offer?

• Previous experience in payroll calculation, knowledge of end-to-end process

• Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation and payroll‑related legal requirements

• Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data
