About the role:The Senior SAP International Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end client delivery for SAP AMS (Application Management Services) engagements across global accounts. This role ensures financial performance, resource coordination, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes

Which tasks can you expect?

• Financial Management Own client financial management (budget, actuals, accruals, rolling forecast).

• Approve and manage third-party invoices.

• KPIs Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS), contribution/margin, SLA compliance.

• Customer Relationship Act as the main escalation point for clients and internal teams.

• Manage governance and reporting for functional and financial aspects.

• Build strong long-term relationships with client leadership.

• Resource Management Coordinate resource allocation aligned with AMS Tribe Lead.

• Ensure capacity planning and staffing needs are met.

• Business Development Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Support go-live readiness and hyper-care phases.

• Internal Collaboration Interface with global AMS teams, sales, and suppliers.

• Drive process improvements within the AMS organization

What do you have to offer?

• 7+ years in SAP AMS delivery or similar roles.

• Strong financial management and governance skills.

• Proven track record in managing large international clients.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
