About the role:

As an On-site Technical Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and supporting technical solutions within the HRnet application. You will work closely with customers from the Public Sector, providing full technical support throughout the solution lifecycle. This role involves hands-on development, system integration, data migration, and direct customer communication with regular presence at customer locations in Zagreb. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that meet customer requirements and SD Worx quality standards.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Provide full technical support to customers in the Public Sector throughout the project lifecycle

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions within the HRnet application

• Work with relational databases, including designing and developing SQL procedures and T-SQL (MS SQL)

• Support system integrations and perform data migration activities

• Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements, resolve issues, and provide guidance

• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure stable, scalable, and high-quality solutions

• Contribute to continuous improvement of existing functionalities and development of new features

What do you have to offer?

• At least 3 years of experience in similar technical and customer facing roles

• Knowledge of relational databases, with willingness to work with MS SQL

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or other areas

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Motivated, proactive team player accustomed to working in collaborative environments

• Experience or knowledge in the HR domain is considered a strong advantage

• Ability to work directly with customers in a professional and solution-oriented manner

• Native-level proficiency in the local language and good command of English
