Purpose of the Role

To support our growing operations, we are looking for an Operational Controller/Controller Officer to join our Mauritius office.

This role plays a key part in ensuring data quality, reliable KPI reporting, and solid decision-making across regions.

What You Will Do

Accelerate operational reporting and KPI follow‑up with a strong focus on data quality and governance.

Your work will directly influence strategic decisions and senior management reporting.

Collaboration

• Work daily with our Belgium‑based operational controller, business controlling teams, and regional leadership.

• Support HQ colleagues with dedicated follow-up tasks and operational reporting needs.

Controlling & KPI Management

• Prepare, track, and maintain key operational KPIs.

• Ensure operational and business controlling teams receive accurate and consistent metrics.

• Monitor monthly performance versus budget and forecast.

• Flag deviations and support root-cause investigations.

Analysis & Reporting

• Perform in-depth analysis of revenue streams, sales results, day rates, provisions, and other performance drivers.

• Deliver insights that support strategic and financial decision-making.

Process Optimization & Documentation

• Create SOPs and BI documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability of reporting processes.

• Handle first-line requests for new reports or dashboard adjustments, reducing workload for controlling teams.

• Develop process documentation in Confluence and train end users to ensure correct and efficient usage.

• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.

• Experience in operational controlling, KPI reporting, or Business Intelligence Tooling (Power BI is a plus).

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English, especially when explaining complex analysis.

• Proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented working style.
