Sales Executive

As our Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to prospecting, as well as strong solution sales and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting our HR and Payroll products and services as solution.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Develop and implement a comprehensive new business strategy to generate leads and close deals.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, SoMe and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and pains to present our products and services as solutions that meet their requirements.
Build, calculate and present business case of our solutions to customers to show the value of our solution
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company guidelines and objectives.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts to management.
Who you are :
A minimum of 5+ years of experience from SaaS (Software as a Service) or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sales.
Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ambitious, independent, proactive, curious, fast learner, persistent and down to earth.
The ability to present and influence effectively at all levels.
The ability to work independently and also as part of a sales team.
Fluent in Finnish and excellent in English (written and spoken)
You have BBA/Bsc or MBA/MSc degree
You have ability to travel domestically
