At SD Worx, we don’t just hire people, we inspire them to join a company where they can grow, learn and have an impact. As a Content & Recruitment Marketeer, you’ll be the creative force behind our employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies for Mauritius and selected European markets.

You will be part of our global Recruitment Marketing team, working closely with talent acquisition and marketing experts to attract top talent. Your focus will be on creating content that resonates and campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Create engaging content: Articles, social media posts, blogs, and more to showcase SD Worx as an employer of choice.
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns: From concept to execution across multiple channels.
- Drive employer branding initiatives: Adapt and roll out strategies for Mauritius and selected European countries both internally and externally.
- Analyze and optimize: Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and continuously improve results.
- Collaborate globally: Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistency and impact.
What do you have to offer?
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment marketing and content creation.
- Strong copywriting skills in English (French is a plus).
- Proven experience in campaign management and data-driven optimization.
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment.
