The role of the Senior Project Coordinator for Occupational Health and Safety is a staff position within SD Worx GmbH and ensures that the employer's obligations in the field of occupational health and safety as well as general health care are guaranteed.
This role is a new role in this form and will be further expanded with the ideas of the future job holder.
So far, the following core topics have been planned:
1. Occupational health and safety
- Cooperation with the occupational safety specialist, the company doctor, the occupational safety service provider, the site managers and the people team
- Organization and implementation of ASA meetings at the locations on the employer's side
- Ensuring the implementation of the measures adopted there
- Reporting and follow-up presentations for management
- Support in risk assessment (psychological and physical)
- Organization and follow-up of safety instructions and necessary training for employees, ensuring the necessary training and further education (first aiders, fire protection assistants, occupational safety specialists) – in close cooperation with Learning and Development
- Preparation and maintenance of accident statistics, reporting of occupational accidents to the BG
- Organization of first aid training, evacuation exercises, etc.
- Checking workplaces for ergonomics and regulatory compliance
2. Occupational integration management (BEM)
- Implementation and documentation of the BEM process on the part of the employer in accordance with legal and operational regulations in close cooperation with the People Team
- Organisation and moderation of BEM discussions in accordance with legal and operational regulations
- Development of measures for gradual reintegration in close cooperation with the People Business Partners
- Tracking action plans and results
3. Cooperation with the Integration Officer / Representative for Severely Disabled Persons
- Coordination of applications (e.g. for equality, workplace adaptation, grants)
- Cooperation with the Integration Office, Employment Agency and other authorities
- Organisation and support of discussions with the representative body for severely disabled employees
- Support in the implementation of inclusion and accessibility measures
4. Occupational health management (BGM)
- Initiation and coordination of health promotion measures at the sites and remotely (e.g. Health Month) in cooperation with the site managers, the People Team and Communications
- Cooperation with health insurance companies, healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
- Development and implementation of a CHM strategy in line with the overall HR strategy
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of health measures (key figures, participation rates, feedback)
5. Legal and administrative responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (ArbSchG, SGB IX, DGUV, etc.)
- Documentation, archiving and data protection in the respective areas
6. Communication, training and awareness raising
- Implementation of training courses for managers and employees on the topics of health, occupational safety, BEM and inclusion
- Establishment of a "health culture" in the company (communication, awareness campaigns)
