About the role:
In the architecture of SD Worx Enterprise tooling, Salesforce plays a crucial role. And this is why your role as our Salesforce Developer is so important to us.
Coding, coordinating and collaborating, that is what this job is all about. One of your main goals is to collaborate with the different stakeholders, such as product managers and specialists. Together you will make our Salesforce Suite better and more user-friendly. You are responsible for the Salesforce applications and its functionalities based on the requirements of our business and the composed user stories, in close collaboration with the Functional Analysts and Product Owners.
Which tasks can you expect?
Translate complex business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity, adoption, and user satisfaction.
Stay ahead of Salesforce technology stack and actively apply them to improve our solutions, including all innovations that are included in future releases.
Lead technical analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation for Salesforce customizations and maintain system integrations.
Design and develop high-quality custom applications and components using Apex, Triggers, Callouts, and Lightning (Aura & Web Components).
Ensure code quality by writing, testing and reviewing according to specifications.
Provide Tier 4 Support for Salesforce applications and manage Tier 5 escalations.
What do you have to offer?
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform development and integrated systems (min. +5 years). Salesforce certifications is a plus.
Solid insight into business processes and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce development tools such as SFDX, IDEs, and Salesforce extensions/plugins.
In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization (Apex, Triggers, Flows, Lightning Aura/LWC), along with SQL expertise and experience working with Azure DevOps.
Experience working in Agile environments and international teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proactive, flexible, and hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
