About the role
To support SD Worx’ international growth ambitions, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a hands-on, proactive, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the international business within SD Worx.
In this role, you will generate and deliver qualified leads for the SME and MM international sales team. You will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities that will be converted into deals by your sales colleagues.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Customer Mapping
Analyze and map existing customers within local markets to uncover international growth potential. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. - Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify and target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach to nurture prospects. Proactively generate new business opportunities via phone, email, social media, and events. - Sales Pipeline Management
Qualify and manage leads through the pipeline. Ensure efficient nurturing and handover to sales for conversion. - Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
Work closely with the international sales team to develop strategies and take initiative for joint actions. Be confident in sitting down with sales colleagues to brainstorm and launch campaigns. - Event Support
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of international sales events a few times per year. - Lead Allocation Backup
Act as backup for the international lead coordinator for a few weeks per year, helping with lead distribution across the team. - CRM Management
Use Salesforce to track leads, manage communications, and maintain a clean, up-to-date database. - Market Research & Reporting
Stay informed on industry trends and report regularly on activities, progress, and insights.
What do you have to offer?
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales development or lead generation, preferably in B2B, HR, payroll, or SaaS.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills. Able to articulate value clearly.
- Tools: Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Sales Expertise: Skilled in lead qualification, prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Initiative & Ownership: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative without waiting for direction.
- Time Management: Able to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Languages: Fluent in English and preferably advanced in two additional languages (French, German, Dutch, or Spanish).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
