About the role:
The role of the Tester (HR, Integration & Payroll) is to run tests based on a list of scenarios and coordinate all testing activities with the clients and project management teams during HR & Payroll Implementation Projects.
You will also be actively involved in providing support to our Implementation Consultants during International Programs.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Refine the current test strategy and existing documentation
- Define/refine standard test scenario’s
- Translate the test strategy into client test plans and scenario’s
- Coordinate System Integration Tests
- Internal scenario testing
- Coordinate with client during User Acceptance testing
- Coordinate with client and teams during Parallel Payroll Tests
- Document and follow up the result of testing
- Capture lessons learned and ensure test scenario’s/strategy is adapted
- Assist Implementation teams assigned to the projects
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) to achieve excellent customer service
- Being a team player and flexible
- Take ownership and do close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met
What do you have to offer?
- Degree holder in IT/IT related fields
- Basic HR & Payroll knowledge
- Affinity with technical structures
- Good communication skills
- English, other languages are an asset
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in HR Payroll, Automation or Support
- Experience in HR & Payroll projects , or related fields, e.g. Workforce Management
- Experience in working in Agile teams
- Experience in previous test environments especially integration
- Experience in coordinating small teams
- Experience in customer facing roles
