Which tasks can you expect?
- Proactively hunt for and acquire new domestic and international clients for our HR and payroll solutions and services.
- Develop, test, and implement various methods to attract and engage potential clients.
- Identify and understand client requirements to propose the most suitable solutions from our offerings.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Lead the sales process from start to finish, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success.
- Work closely with teams across the organization—including sales, product management, legal, and operations—to facilitate smooth collaborations.
- Enhance our company's image as a leading HR and payroll provider through active market presence.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to inform your sales approach and contribute to thought leadership.
What do you have to offer?
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in selling HR and payroll solutions and services to medium and large customers. Experience in selling SAP and UKG solutions is welcome.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Proactive in generating new ideas and approaches to sales strategies
- Willingness to test and implement various methods for acquiring new clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Fluent Polish and good English skills (B2 level).
- Experience in identifying and engaging potential clients effectively.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing environments.
- Comfortable with using and explaining online platforms and digital tools.
- Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in achieving sales results above 1M Euro ACV.
- Ability to work well within a team while also driving individual initiatives.
