About the role:
SD Worx Academy is expanding its reach and strengthening its role as a trusted learning partner across many markets.
This growth brings exciting opportunities to deliver an even better channel experience for our customers. To support this journey, we are looking for a full-time Project Assistant in Málaga.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our Academy operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong administration, and prompt, high-quality customer support. Together, we will continue to scale our Academy services and make learning more accessible, engaging, and impactful.
Your impact As Project Assistant, you contribute directly to the Academy’s international success. You ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care and efficiency, while also supporting internal teams to deliver learning solutions without friction.
Your responsibilities include:
• Acting as first point of contact for daily customer requests across different markets.
• Managing international mailboxes with timely and accurate follow-up.
• Guiding customers and consultants in using our Learning Management System from start to finish.
• Coordinating the rollout of new digital training initiatives and onboarding of new features.
• Handling administration such as invoicing, ticket follow-up, data checks, and maintaining the knowledge portal.
• Serving as a connector between international colleagues, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Reporting directly to the Project Manager Academy (Belgium).
What you bring
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Affinity with Learning & Development and digital tools (LMS, e-learning, webinars).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, structure, and speed. • Independent and collaborative working style, with flexibility and resilience.
• Full-time availability in Málaga.
