What will your story with us look like?
- Act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, providing advice and support on a wide range of HR topics
- Maintain and improve HR tools, systems, and internal processes, and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
- Ensure a professional onboarding experience for all new employees and support the full employee lifecycle
- Serve as a first point of contact for more complex employee questions and provide operational and tactical HR support
- Partner with the business to attract, develop, and retain talent, ensuring a strong employee experience
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives led by the Corporate People team
- Proactively advise and support the People Country Lead & People Business Partners regarding analyses and developments in onboarding, absence, performance, career management, and organizational change
- Apply advanced conversation and coaching techniques in performance, development, and exit discussions
- Ensure compliance with Belgian social legislation and internal policies
You will report to the People Country Lead Belgium.

What makes you unique?
- You have 2-5 years of relevant experience in an HR-related role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor
- You demonstrate drive, flexibility, and eagerness to support and facilitate growth and change
- You have a strong interest in HR, employee experience, and organizational development
- You are skilled in applying conversation and coaching techniques in various HR situations (e.g. performance, absence, development, exit)
- You have a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn, but are also comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- You are proactive, customer-oriented, and eager to take initiative
- You are structured and organized, with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- You have a solid understanding of HR processes and Belgian social legislation
- Familiarity with HR systems or a strong interest in HR technology is a plus
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
