What will you do as a Sales Admin Support?
As a Sales Admin Support, you are part of the Belgian LE Sales team. From our office in Barcelona, you support the Belgian sales organization by relieving administrative workload and helping to optimize commercial processes.
This is a brand-new role within the team, which means you’ll help shape it from the ground up. You’ll start by diving into the operational reality: gaining insight into administrative processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements. You create alignment with internal stakeholders and engage colleagues to drive change based on shared insights. You act as a bridge between sales, business support and business improvement, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication across teams.
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative skills who’s ready to take things a step further, someone who doesn’t just complete tasks, but reflects on them: “Is there a smarter way to do this? Can we simplify or improve this process?”. You think critically, spot inefficiencies, and help shape better ways of working.
Your responsibilities
- Internal coordination & communication: Align regularly with order teams and sales, identify bottlenecks, and act as SPOC for Salesforce process changes.
- Orders & contract management: Manage PO numbers, contracts, and related documentation, including MSA agreements and addenda.
- Invoicing & Salesforce migration: Follow up on invoicing issues linked to system migration and collaborate with finance to resolve and document recurring problems.
- Quotes & opportunity management: Create and follow up on quotes and opportunities for various business cases.
- User management: Add and deactivate users, optimize license usage, and communicate changes to clients.
- Master data management: Clean and maintain master data, working closely with BI and order teams to improve data quality.

- You communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at different levels.
- You speak Dutch & English fluently. Knowledge of French is a plus.
