Which tasks can you expect?

• Operational management 
• Managing, coaching and developing your team 
• Defining team goals and KPIs 
• Creating development plans and ensuring their implementation 
• Optimizing resources to achieve the goals Reporting and analysis 
• Ensuring processes and compliance with regulations and standards 
• Analyzing and reporting on performance, trends and results of the supervised area for management and stakeholders Quality assurance 
• Implementation of cross-departmental quality control processes and measures 
• Maintaining quality standards within the department Process optimization and transformation 
• Providing recommendations for improvements

• Increasing operational efficiency

What do you have to offer?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• Experience in leading process optimization initiatives
• Excellent project management skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Fluency in German and English is required
