About the role:
The Transformation Manager serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Executive Vice President (EVP), enabling focus on high-impact priorities by managing cross-functional initiatives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment across business units. The Transformation Manager acts as an extension of the EVP, facilitating decision-making, communication, and execution across the organization.

Which tasks can you expect?
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the EVP in defining and tracking strategic priorities across business units.
- Lead or coordinate strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader company goals.
- Prepare briefing materials, business cases, and decision documents for key meetings.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
2. Operational Excellence
- Drive cadence and quality of EVP-level meetings (e.g. leadership team meetings, quarterly reviews).
- Monitor progress on key projects and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks or misalignments across teams.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft internal communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the EVP.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across business units.
4. Decision Support & Analysis
- Provide analytical support, insights and actionable recommendations to inform executive decisions.
- Conduct research, synthesize data, and prepare recommendations on strategic topics.
- Act as a sounding board for the EVP on complex or sensitive matters.
5. Special Projects
- Lead or support high-impact, cross-functional projects that do not have a natural home in the organization.
- Step in as interim project lead or problem-solver where needed.
What do you have to offer?
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of working with senior executives and managing complex projects.
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in facilitating discussions, managing conflict and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands.
- Adept at identifying resistance, managing risks and applying targeted interventions to ensure sustainable change.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is an asset.
