About the role:
As a SAP SuccessFactors Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with the aim of improving our customers' HR processes. You will also act as a contact person between customers, product management and application management.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the talent modules
- Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
- Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations
- Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
- Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
What do you have to offer?
- Experience working as a Junior SAP Consultant or SAP Key User in SuccessFactors
- Polish and English proficiency enabling fluent communication (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Openness and proactiveness
- Programming skills in any programming language (xml, SQL) - nice to have
