About the role:
We are seeking a senior HR leader to join our regional management team and drive the people agenda across the area of Adriatic (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia). As a strategic business partner, you will play a key role in shaping culture, enabling transformation, and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Serve as a senior member of the regional management team, influencing business direction through a people-first lens.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into impactful HR initiatives across the area of Adriatic.
- Champion a culture of agility, ownership, and continuous learning by coaching leaders and empowering teams.
- Lead organizational change and transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with company values and employee engagement.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong internal pipeline.
- Collaborate on workforce planning, compensation, and performance strategies with Talent Acquisition and Reward teams.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws while fostering a unified and inclusive company culture.
- Monitor HR metrics and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation and daily management of reward programs, including job evaluation, grading structures, pay-for-performance systems, annual merit reviews, bonus schemes, flexible benefits, and sales incentive plans.
- Handle employee-related requests and provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and market practices.
- Participate in talent management processes, including final-stage interviews and offer negotiations, to support strategic hiring and retention efforts.
What do you have to offer?
- Extensive experience in senior HR business partnering roles, ideally in a regional or multi-country context.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Proven track record in driving cultural transformation and leading through change.
- Deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance in the Adriatic region.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and strong business acumen.
- Degree-level education with relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD or equivalent).
