About the role:

We’re now offering a rare opportunity for a Market Intelligence Analyst. Based in our Sales Excellence team, this role will support our sales strategy with trusted, high-quality commercial data—you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our sales decisions across Europe are based on the right data, at the right time, for the right action. Your contribution will directly impact how our sales teams across Europe perform and succeed.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Validate, clean, and enrich target account data across multiple systems and sources.
• Dive into the details to spot inconsistencies, duplicates, or gaps in our commercial data that might block insight or decision-making.
• Work with Sales Strategy, Data Quality, and CRM (Salesforce) teams to align on what “good data” really means.
• Assist in designing and documenting scalable processes to improve data reliability.
• Ensure local and international teams always have reliable, ready-to-use sales data.
• Collaborating with Data & Research Analysts to brainstorm and implement creative approaches for extracting actionable insights from commercial and market data.
• Support Insight Delivery by transforming raw data into compelling stories and visualizations using tools like Power BI.
• Develop Dashboards and Reports tailored to the needs of local sales teams across European markets, ensuring insights are accessible and actionable.
• Contribute to Research Projects by providing data support, validating findings, and helping shape the narrative for internal and external stakeholders.

What do you have to offer?

• Has 1–3 years of experience in a data-handling role, preferably in a consulting, corporate, or shared service environment (e.g., data quality, operations, or analytics team).
  
• Enjoys getting into the details and spotting data issues others might miss.
  
• Has worked with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  
• Has a self-starter mentality showing initiative with a willingness to learn about sales markets, in sales processes and commercial data —and the drive to take ownership.
  
• Comfortable working in English and international environments.
  
• Has experience with, or a strong interest in, European business culture and sales markets—whether through work, study, or personal curiosity.
