About the role:

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for communication and storytelling? Do you want to drive forward employee engagement, and help build a great company culture? Then look no further! Our three-month Internal Communications Internship could be the right fit for you. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our international Internal Communications team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact in a European organisation with over 10,000 employees.


What tasks can you expect?

- Assist our international Internal Communications team in developing engaging written and video content for our diverse workforce;
- Help to plan and deliver internal campaigns and engagement initiatives;
- Design and produce newsletters for various departments, ensuring clear and effective communication;
- Help facilitate open dialogue between leaders and employees, acting as a community manager on our internal social network, Viva Engage;
- Take charge of updating and maintaining our internal SharePoint pages, ensuring they’re informative and user-friendly;
- Support with research tasks and creative ideas as needed.

What are we looking for?
- A penultimate or final-year university student that can commit to a three-month internship;
- Strong language skills: fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Passion, energy and enthusiasm for all things communications-related;
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
