About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing user access, maintaining IAM systems, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. You will handle tasks such as user account management, troubleshooting access issues, and supporting IAM tool configurations.
Key Responsibilities
1. BAU (Business as Usual) Support
a. Process tickets raised by end users via IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, ensuring timely resolution
b. Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLAs) for all support activities
c. Manage user accounts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications.
2. Troubleshooting and Support
a. Investigate and resolve complex IAM-related issues, providing support to end-users.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and remediate security incidents.
c. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues
3. Agile & Documentation
a. Write and maintain end user documentation and internal procedures, add minor improvements as needed
b. Write end user documentation for self-service purposes
c. Knowledge transfer and training
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
· years of experience on the role: 0-1 year
· understanding of the platform: 0-2 years
· insights on business processes: 0-1 year
· Knowledge of Active directory is an advantage
Skills
· Microsoft office proficiency
· Basic understanding of IAM concepts and tools.
· Familiarity with IAM platforms (Active Directory, EntraID).
· Ability to follow documented procedures accurately.
· Experience working in international environments.
