About the role:
In today's digital world, we're all about crafting exceptional experiences. At SD Worx, we're on a mission to transform user interaction—whether it's on our portals, mobile app, or anywhere else in the digital landscape. We're a very diverse but small international customer support team, and soon, our support will also include phone assistance.
Which tasks can you expect?
As our Digital Customer Support Specialist, you're the most valuable player in ensuring our products not only work but rock. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Making user needs your top priority to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Handling incoming support requests like a pro—via digital channels now, and by phone in the future.
- Digging into support ticket data to guarantee top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Contributing your ideas on how to improve our service even further.
What do you have to offer?
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer-focused communication skills that leave a positive impression.
- Fluent in Dutch, and good knowledge of English and French, with proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
- Empathetic, with the ability to understand and resolve user issues effectively.
- Naturally curious and always up for a challenge—because figuring stuff out is your thing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Great team player but also able to work independently.
- Proactive, structured, and organized—ready to adapt and bring fresh energy to the team.
