About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support/Consultant to join our International SME Sales team of 10 enthusiastic people working in different European locations. In this position, you will take a prominent role in supporting our International Sales Consultants who sell international payroll solutions to clients with 1 to 500 employees across 120 countries.
Which tasks can you expect?
· Contract Creation:
· You will be responsible for drafting international Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work. This involves understanding the offering and gathering and inserting the right pricing, service descriptions for different countries and selecting the correct contract templates for the scope and converting this into legally compliant and complete contracts for our customers to sign.
· Sales provides input via a template. Keeping this template up-to-date and validating the content on a regular base is part of your responsibility.
· Act as spoc with the international legal team; flag points of attention with regard to contracts, share proactively information with the sales team and connect with the international contracts team to guarantee back up for contracting
· Optimizing processes for international sales:
· You will be responsible for leading and optimizing processes related to onboarding, work organization, administration, and overall team coordination within the international SME sales team. While this is not an absolute requirement, it is a highly desirable "nice to have" if you have experience in similar roles and derive energy from making the work environment more efficient.
· Preparation and Creation of Proposals:
· You will be responsible for creating proposals (covering one or a more countries and different payrolls). These proposals will be fully prepared and delivered to the respective sales consultant.
· You will also support sales consultants working on larger or more complex projects (involving multiple countries and services). This support includes adding ad hoc services and prices to proposals and/or PowerPoint presentations, and incorporating prices provided by the bid office.
· Maintaining Various Portals:
· Keeping the international content updated on 2 portals within the company
· Be responsible for the onboarding portal for new starters in the team
· Managing the team's environment within Microsoft Teams
· Organizing Team Meetings
What do you have to offer?
· Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a minimum bachelor's degree (or equivalent level of thinking).
· Knowledge of international contracts is a plus.
· Mature and reliable personality who takes responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of our contracts.
· Someone with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset who comes up with improvement proposals and speaks up when things need to be flagged
Minimum required Language Skills:
· Dutch – very good
· English – very good
· French/Spanish/German – as a plus but not mandatory
