About the role:

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our Norwegian team in Spain. You are proactive, organized, and flexible, with strong leadership and communication skills. You like challenges and have a passion for running projects.

What tasks you can expect
• Lead implementation projects with customers
• Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure project success
• Communicate with steering groups
• Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team and participate in the sales process when needed
• Contribute to the improvement of our methodology and processes for the best customer experience

What you have to offer
• Experience of managing projects towards customers, preferably from consulting
• Strong project management skills and trusting personality
• Effective and inclusive communicator
• Used to complex project environments
• Experience of HR/IT projects (HCM, payroll and similar systems) is a merit
Experience
• At least 5+ years of experience in project management in IT and consulting
• Academic degree, probably a Master of Science in Business and Economics or similar
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Fluent in Norwegian and English in speech and writing
• Certification in project management (PPS, PMI or equivalent) is an advantage
