About the role:

As a Senior Designer, you will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest level of creativity and quality. You will collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling designs across various platforms, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers while maintaining consistency with brand standards. Your expertise will drive the visual direction of our projects and campaigns.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Lead the design direction of various projects, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with the brand's objectives.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including motion designers, copywriters, and strategists, to develop and execute integrated creative concepts.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and improve their skills.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and ensure that all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to the highest standard.
• Present design concepts and ideas to internal clients (local marketeers) and other stakeholders
• incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve your creative output.
• Experience in both print and digital mediums.

What do you have to offer?

5+ years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects across digital, print, and branding.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design ideas.

Experience working within brand guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across multiple touchpoints.

Ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.
