About the role:

At SD Worx Spain, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Granada on a temporary basis (approx. 1 year) to cover a temporary position. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where people are at the core of everything we do.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, and a proactive attitude to support both employees and management. A high level of English is essential, as you will be working in a multinational context.

What do you have to offer?

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience managing payroll administration and management of compensation and benefits programs (including health and life insurance).

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policies.

Demonstrated ability to provide day-to-day HR guidance to line managers and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Experience supporting workforce and succession planning, identifying training needs, and evaluating development programs.

High level of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1)

Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Which tasks can you expect?

Full cycle payroll administration

Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages

Administer health and life insurance programs

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Provide HR policy guidance

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning Identify training needs for teams and individuals (Support)

Evaluate training programs Suggest new HR strategies
