Which tasks can you expect?
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to enhance the platform’s talent and performance management features.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications that guide technical teams in development and testing.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, ensuring the platform aligns with evolving HR and business needs.
- Define and document user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to bridge the gap between business and technology.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis on platform usage and performance to support decision-making and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless feature development and deployment.
- Assess platform usability, identify potential defects, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Support the testing process by defining test cases and validating features against business needs.
- Stay informed about HR Tech trends, user needs, and best practices to continuously enhance the platform’s value.
What do you have to offer?
- At least 5 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role within HR Tech, SaaS, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Google Analytics for requirement gathering, documentation, and user insights.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts to facilitate smooth collaboration with development teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to identify usability and functionality gaps.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in HR Tech.
