About the role:

Within the context of our international expansion and our ambition to be able to support our business units more actively from Finance in realizing their growth ambitions, we are looking for a strong and driven Senior GL Accountant.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Assets accounting, IFRS 16 (leasing)
• Preparation of reports for statistical office
• Ensuring an accurate and timely month end close by preparing various journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, prepaids, accruals, inter-company, and various other accounts
• Coordinating with other departments to obtain transaction information, researching reconciling items, and resolving issues
• Assisting in quarterly reviews and annual audit with external auditors.

What do you have to offer?

• Fluent German language skills - min. B2 level
• Good level of English language skills - min. B1 level
• + 5 years of experience in GL Accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of SAP S4H is a plus
