Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for service sales and customer relations? Do you thrive in an exceptional customer collaboration? If so, SD Worx is looking for a Client Executive to expand our presence in the Finnish market!
About the Role
As our Client Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our BPO payroll and HR solutions to large enterprises across Finland. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, fostering client relationships, and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations. While your primary focus will be on existing clients, you will also be involved in securing new business.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for managing client account portfolios, establishing long-lasting business relationships between the clients and the company
- Be trusted advisor for the client
- Develop and manage sales opportunities from prospecting to contract signing
- Engage with clients at the C-level, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct impactful sales meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Represent SD Worx at trade fairs, conferences, and potentially host webinars
You will join a collaborative and high performing sales team, reporting to the Sales Director. At SD Worx, we value knowledge-sharing, teamwork, and innovation—creating an environment where you can thrive and succeed.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a strong ability to engage and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven B2B sales & Client Facing experience, preferably in Service Solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deal & managing large accounts
- A consultative sales approach, with the ability to identify and address client needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Finnish as well as good English skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Results-driven approach
- Ability to develop strategic plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills
