Which tasks can you expect?

• Leading and supervising Payroll Team to ensure the delivery of a high quality and professional service (workload management, KPIs monitoring)
• Managing relationships with external stakeholders
• Parameterizating of complex payroll accounting cases
• Supporting system setup for existing and new customers
• Active participating in further development and optimization of the software and service processes
• Overseeing Statements of Work (SOWs) and monitoring variable charges specific to their clients
• Ensuring process documentation is current, accurate and fully supports achievement of SLAs and incentives
• Supporting and executing ISAE402 Controls
• Backuping team members during their absence or in case of their inability to perform some tasks (e.g. sending monthly statement to authorities)
• Sharing data for invoicing with finance department
• Performing and managing year-end activities in CZ payroll
• Maintaining legal changes and providing training on the subject
• Being SPOC for EPIC/International implementation/sales and others
• Supporting team members in their daily queries, both for Czech Rep. and Slovakia
• Preparing PoA and arranging the accesses to authorities’ portals for team members on behalf of the customers
• Monitoring official DataBox of SD Worx Czech branch
• Performing transactions with third parties (LPE provider, authorities in Czech Rep., other vendors)
• Setting up and understanding standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs
• Being accountable for overall quality control, management of risks and escalations, audits and governance for aligned payroll operations within the team
• Taking part and managing authorities’ audits
• Being a point of contact for the authorities
• Taking part in implementation/migration of the new customers

What do you have to offer?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader/Coordinator role
• Good written and spoken English and Czech, Slovak nice to have
• Initial experience in the payroll area or tax clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on payroll accounting
• Practical experience in payroll accounting for Poland
• Knowledge of income tax and social security law
• Practical experience in dealing with a common billing system
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
