As a Junior SAP HCM Time Management Consultant, you will help implement, configure, and support the SAP Time Management module, enhancing clients' HR processes. Your expertise in SAP HCM best practices will contribute to the success of client projects and HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work independently and with diverse teams to deliver SAP HCM solutions.

· Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HCM Time Management

· Guide customers both on-site and remotely using SAP Best Practices.

· Lead requirement gathering workshops and training sessions.

· Assist stakeholders in their digital transformation with SAP solutions.

· Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.

What You Bring:

· 1 + years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM Time Management (preferred) or other Time Management solution (optional)

· Base knowledge of polish Time Management regulations

· Familiarity with SAP HCM on-premise solutions (preferred).

· Understanding of HR business processes.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Experience with SAP Cloud methodologies (Activate) is a plus.

· Knowledge of EC Payroll is a plus.
